Jüngerhans’ BG DIAMOND (1,004 TEU) delivered

Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard of China has delivered with the BG DIAMOND the first of four short sea container vessels ordered by Arkon Shipping chartered to BG Freight Line.
The vessels’ design considers the need of BG Line’s Irish Sea services for flexible loading of several types of standard, over-length and over-width containers. The vessel provides 253 reefer plugs.
The container securing system with portable securing fittings was supplied by German Lashing.
