The OOCL Washington, OOCL Seoul and OOCL Le Havre are delivered

We express our warmest congratulations to the christenings of OOCL newest vessels, the OOCL Washington and OOCL Seoul (both 8,063 TEU), and OOCL Le Havre (4,578 TEU), that were consecutively named at the Samsung Heavy Industries Shipyard on Geoje Island, Korea in January 2010.

OOCL Washington and OOCL Seoul are respectively the thirteenth and fourteenth vessel in OOCL's line of sixteen SX class vessels ordered. They will be deployed on the EU Loop C service. OOCL Le Havre is the thirteenth vessel in OOCL's line of sixteen Panamax class vessels and will be deployed on the China India Express (CIX) service. We German Lashing are very much honoured to have the opportunity supplying the complete optimised container lashing systems to those series of newbuildings.
